Police in Havering have arrested a suspect after a dangerous motorcycle pursuit in Collier Row, which ended in a dramatic crash.
High-Speed Chase Ends in Failure
Following numerous complaints from residents about motorcycles being driven recklessly, the Havering Joint Task Force (HJTF) deployed officers to the area.
During the operation, police pursued an off-road bike, whose rider attempted to flee across rough terrain but failed spectacularly, leading to their arrest.
Bike Confirmed as Stolen Property
Upon further investigation, officers discovered the motorcycle had been stolen in a burglary.
The rider has since been charged with multiple offences, although police have not yet released details of the exact charges.
Police Crack Down on Illegal Riding
The operation is part of ongoing efforts to tackle anti-social and dangerous motorcycle riding in Havering.
