Royal Mail customers are reporting issues with the company’s online parcel tracking service, with hundreds of complaints flooding Downdetector.

As of this morning, there were more than 500 reports, with 81% citing tracking problems. Many users said they were repeatedly receiving an “internal server error” when trying to check the status of deliveries.
Royal Mail has been approached for comment.

Customers are encouraged to share whether they are experiencing similar issues in the comments.
