Police were called shortly before 1pm on Sunday 24 April following a two-vehicle collision on Basset Road in Camborne.

The collision involved a grey Seat Ateca and a black Lexmoto Michigan motorcycle.

The rider of the motorcycle, a 65-year-old man, suffered serious injuries. He was taken to hospital for treatment.

A full forensic investigation of the scene took place and officers are working to establish the cause of the collision.

Officers would like to thank the public for their patience while they investigated the scene. 

Police are appealing for any witnesses who were in the area at the time and anyone with relevant information to contact police via [email protected] or by telephone on 101, quoting log 437 of 24 April.
