Police Scotland are urgently seeking information from the public following a serious assault that took place on Saturday, January 13, 2024, in Clydebank. At approximately 4:50pm, a 35-year-old man was walking on Hume Street near the junction of Belmont Street when he was confronted by three assailants armed with a bladed weapon.

The attackers swiftly fled the scene in the direction of Belmont Street and Argyll Road, leaving the victim with severe injuries. The victim was rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow for treatment.
