Wickham Horse Fair cancelled for 2020
This year’s Wickham Horse Fair has been cancelled, due to government directives following the Coronavirus outbreak. It was due to take place on the 21st May. Police say; We all need to play our part in stopping the spread of this infection and saving the lives of others, so unfortunately this year’s event cannot take place. Please pass on this message to anyone you know who had been planning to come, so that they don’t travel unnecessarily. The decision was taken following consultation between representatives from the event and local authorities, including Hampshire Constabulary, Winchester City Council and Hampshire County Council. We look forward to seeing everyone when the event next takes place in 2021.
