Jacob Hamblin, a 22-year-old resident of Westgate-on-Sea, was last seen in the Wellington Crescent area of Ramsgate at approximately 1:45 p.m. on Friday, February 23, 2024.
Described as approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, Jacob has short brown hair and wears glasses. At the time of his disappearance, he was believed to be dressed in a long black coat, dark jogging bottoms, and black trainers.
