Emergency services are currently on the scene of a two-vehicle crash on Loose Road in Maidstone, and residents are being urged to avoid the area. Two fire engines and crews from Kent Fire and Rescue Service are responding to the incident, with the South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) also in attendance.

The fire crew is reported to have cut free individuals trapped in one of the vehicles. Details about the number of people involved or the severity of injuries have yet to be confirmed.
