Body Found in Thames Identified as Missing South East London Woman

A body found in the River Thames near Vauxhall Bridge has been identified as Natasha Reddington-Romanov, a 55-year-old woman who was reported missing from southeast London.

Police were alerted to the discovery of a body on Saturday, September 21, and began work to confirm the individual’s identity. On Tuesday, September 25, Natasha was reported missing from Southwark, and an investigation into her disappearance was immediately launched.
The police stated that Natasha’s death is being treated as unexpected but not suspicious. A file will now be prepared for the Coroner to determine the cause of death.

Authorities have offered their condolences to Natasha’s family during this difficult time, and further details regarding the case are expected to be released by the Coroner’s office in due course.
