The 54-year-old was last seen around 8 a.m. this morning (7 June) in Basingstoke’s Brighton Hill neighbourhood.
Police and his family are deeply concerned about his well-being and have conducted extensive searches to find him.
Officers are now seeking assistance from the general public.
Roy is described as white, 6ft 3ins tall, skinny, and dressed in a green Barbour jacket.
Police believe he is carrying a large professional photography camera.
