The 29-year-old was last seen at 4pm today, Sunday, 20 March, in St Michael’s Road, Portsmouth. Officers have been carrying out extensive enquiries to try and find him but we are now asking the public for help. Scott is described as being white, 5ft 8ins tall, slim, ginger hair worn in a bun and a full ginger beard. He was last seen wearing a black and green camouflage coat, black jeans with rips in the knees and black trainers. Officers believe he may still be in the Portsmouth area.
