Court hears No Controlled Drugs and Missing Police Camera Footage

Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court this morning heard that no controlled substances were found in the Arts Lodge & Park Cafe following the brutal eviction of the sitting tenants. This contradicts rumours circulated in the Portsmouth City  council chamber by certain sitting council members. Magistrates have  adjourned the case  as police have failed to provide the court with bodycam footage taken by constables on the day that twenty officers flooded Victoria Park to evict the popular arts centre and community hub.

The delay will add thousands of pounds to an already costly operation mounted by the police at the behest of council leader Donna Jones.
