Tomas, who is aged 29, has been missing since leaving the hospital at around midday on Friday and there are concerns for his well-being.
He’s Lithuanian, 6ft 2ins tall, slim, with green eyes and short brown hair. He has a scar on his forehead.
Police have asked people to please report any sightings to them on 101.
