Police have launched an urgent appeal to locate 83-year-old Arthur, who has been reported missing from the East Ham area.
Arthur was last seen around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, and officers have expressed concern for his welfare.

Police have not yet provided a detailed description of Arthur but are urging anyone who may have seen him or has information about his whereabouts to come forward.
“We are concerned for Arthur’s welfare and want to make sure he is safe,” said a spokesperson from Newham Metropolitan Police Service.
