Police are renewing their appeal for information about the whereabouts of Luke Brown, a 31-year-old man from Canterbury, who has been missing since Thursday, 5 December 2024.
Luke was last reported to have been in the Chilham and Godmersham areas, and officers are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
Description
Luke is described as having:
- A long beard.
- Tattoos on his left arm and leg.
- Hair worn in a ponytail.
He was last seen wearing:
- A navy blue quilted coat.
- A black T-shirt.
- Dark blue jogging bottoms.
- Caterpillar boots.
He may also be carrying a navy blue and burgundy rucksack.
Police Statement
Sergeant Jay Langshaw of Kent Police said:
“Luke has been missing for more than a fortnight now, and we are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare. With Christmas approaching, there are family and friends of Luke’s who are desperate to hear from him. We would encourage him to get in touch if he reads this, to let us and them know he is OK.
“Anyone else who sees Luke or knows where he is should call 999 quoting reference 05-0493.”

Police are urging anyone who may have seen Luke or has information about his whereabouts to come forward. In addition, those with dashcam, doorbell, or CCTV footage from the Chilham or Godmersham areas that may assist the investigation are encouraged to submit it.
