John Saggers was last seen in the Roxburgh Road area of Westgate-on-Sea at around 11.35pm on Thursday 18 January 2024.
The 80-year-old is described as around 5ft, 6ins tall and is thought to be wearing khaki trousers, navy blue shoes, a blue jacket, a black hat and a checked scarf.
Anyone who has seen him or knows of his whereabouts is urged to call 999, quoting 19-0016.
