Urgent Appeal Launched by Maya’s Community Support Centre Following Devastating Dover Fire

Maya’s Community Support Centre has issued an urgent public appeal after a devastating fire in Dover left over 40 people homeless, including dozens of children and vulnerable residents.

The blaze, which tore through a block of flats over the Easter weekend, has displaced 42 families, many of whom lost all their possessions. The centre, known for its grassroots support work across Kent, is now rallying local communities to donate essential items to help those affected rebuild their lives.

Thanks to Asta Movers Removals & Storage, all donated aid will be delivered free of charge to the affected families on Monday afternoon.
