South Wales Police have launched an urgent appeal to help locate William, a 17-year-old who has gone missing from Newport.
A spokesperson for South Wales Police said:
“We are appealing to anyone who may have seen William or who has any information about his whereabouts to please get in touch with us as a matter of urgency.”
