The victim was hit on the head multiple times and sustained minor injuries to her face and arms

Officers are appealing for witnesses following an assault in Oxford.

It happened between 1pm and 2pm on Sunday (11/10), when the victim, a teenage girl, was walking on the Blackbird Leys Bridge from Barns Road to Blackbird Leys Road when she was assaulted by a woman.
