An unusual incident occurred yesterday outside Fairfield Leisure Centre on Lowfield Street, Dartford, when a man was spotted using bolt cutters to remove a cycle lock in broad daylight.
Eyewitnesses described the man as being calm and determined while removing the lock, before quickly leaving the scene. It is unclear whether the man was the rightful owner of the bicycle or if the act was a case of theft.
