Police believe the man pictured may have important information in connection with incidents reported in similar locations, close to Rusthall and Langton Green.
Publication of the footage follows a previous Kent Police appeal after allegations were made of three separate offences between 12 and 30 April 2024.
During this period, a man is said to have exposed himself in wooded areas close to Rusthall cricket pitch and Coach Road.
