David Bond, 43 and of Worrall Hill in Lydbrook, was sentenced to five years imprisonment for causing death by careless driving while over the specified limit of a controlled drug, namely cocaine.
Police were called to the A4136 at Brierley at approximately 1.40pm on Saturday 18 July 2020 with a report that Bond’s Hyundai ix35 had collided with 53-year-old motorcyclist Nigel Meadows.
