Catalan Police have just confirmed one arrest following a fatal terror attack this afternoon. Police have confirmed one fatality and 32 injured – ten seriously – but local news sources maintain 13 dead – including one child – and dozens more injured, after a white van ploughed into crowds of people in Barcelona’s busy city centre. Earlier reports of two armed men entrenched in a local bar have now been discounted as untrue. According to La Vanguardia newspaper, the van ploughed into ‘dozens’ of people in the busy tourist area of Las Ramblas. Metro and train stations in the surrounding area remain in lockdown
