Costco Confirms Prime Drink Will Be On Sale This Week - And It Will Be Cheaper Than asda

Costco has confirmed that it will sell bottles by the crate, just when parents thought all hope of finding the sought-after Prime drink was lost. We reported yesterday that kids are still crazy about the hydration drink promoted by YouTubers KSI and Logan Paul. Asda was the exclusive stockist, selling the various flavours for £2 a bottle, but customers have recently been scrambling for limited stock at other stores such as Aldi and Spar. However, it has still been like gold dust for shoppers, which is why the news from Costco is causing such a frenzy. The bottles will be sold in branches of the American-owned membership-only wholesaler, with members able to pick up two crates each. One crate will cost £18.58 for 12 bottles, which means each drink will cost £1.55 – 22% less than at Asda and a lot less than the £10+ price tag some retailers have set.   It comes after we reported on how fans are downloading the Prime Tracker UK app, which alerts them to stock levels in their area. On Thursday, they announced the Costco stock on their Twitter account. KSI has spoken out about how difficult it is to obtain the drink and has endorsed the app, which costs 89p to download on the App Store and will be available for Android in the coming days. Asda is still receiving regular deliveries of the drink, and it’s likely that Aldi, where photos of Prime stock in warehouses have emerged, will begin selling more of the bottles in stores soon.
