The collision has caused major delays heading out of Portsmouth

The incident happened around 12.40pm on Wednesday 2nd March 2022 involving a Ford flatbed truck and an Ambulance from South Central Ambulance Service, the exact circumstances of the incident are currently unknown but an investigation has been launched into the cause.
