Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters were called to tackle a serious house fire at a semi-detached property on Fillebrook Avenue, Enfield in the early hours of this morning.

The London Fire Brigade confirmed that part of the first floor and loft conversion of the home were damaged by the fire. Crews from Edmonton, Enfield, Chingford, and surrounding stations were deployed after the first emergency call was received at 2:39am.

Emergency Response Timeline

One person was treated at the scene by paramedics, but there are no reports of serious injuries at this time.

“We were called to a fire at a semi-detached house on Fillebrook Avenue, Enfield. Crews tackled the blaze swiftly and contained it to the upper floors of the property. Thankfully, there were no serious injuries.”
