A significant fire broke out at a flat in Nicholson Court on the High Road, Tottenham on the evening of Friday, 21 February 2025, prompting a large-scale emergency response.
The London Fire Brigade was called at approximately just after 7pm after reports of a blaze erupting on the second floor of a residential flat. Firefighters from multiple stations were swiftly deployed to the scene to tackle the flames.
Emergency Services Responding
Emergency services, including HART (Hazardous Area Response Teams) from the London Ambulance Service, were also dispatched to the incident due to concerns that some residents were trapped inside the building and cut off by the flames.
Paramedics are currently on-site, treating individuals who have been affected by smoke inhalation and ensuring the safety of those evacuated. The number of casualties, if any, remains unconfirmed at this time.

The Metropolitan Police have also been assisting on-site, helping with road closures and crowd management to ensure the safety of the public.
