Liverpool Man Sentenced To Over 14 Years For Firearms Offences

Liverpool, UK – A 44-year-old man, Ross Smith, originally from North Wales and with no fixed address, has been sentenced to more than 14 years in prison for firearms-related offences. The charges stemmed from a discovery made by officers who executed a warrant at a property on Netherby Street in Toxteth, Liverpool, in September of the previous year.

During the warrant execution, law enforcement discovered a cache of dangerous weapons, including a Skorpion sub-machine gun with five fully loaded magazines, a hand grenade, ammunition, and various rounds of loose ammunition.
