A large fire has broken out at the NME Nightclub on Terminus Road in Eastbourne this evening, with flames reported in the roof space of the building.

Emergency Response

East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service (ESFRS) confirmed that six fire engines, including an aerial ladder platform (ALP), are currently on the scene. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus are battling the blaze, which has caused significant smoke to billow from the roof.
