Major search operation was a drill
A major search and rescue operation after a speedboat started sinking on Southsea Seafront this afternoon was just a demonstration, We can reveal. The Inshore Rescue were spotted racing to the scene, adjacent to the Blue Reef Aquarium, minutes ago as the boat was run aground to save the occupants. A Search & Rescue helicopter was also been deployed to the scene, which was a realistic demonstration of the ongoing training the emergency services practice.
