Man arrested in Police Murder Probe after Fatal Stabbing in Finchampstead

Wokingham,,Berkshire, Sunday 26th November 2017 A Property remains sealed off with tributes and flowers placed by family members outside as Police continue to investigate after a man has died from a stab wound. Police say one man has bene arrested on suspicion of Murder.

Thames Valley Police has arrested a man on suspicion of murder following an incident in Finchampstead yesterday (24th November 2017). Officers were called to reports of a stabbing at a property in Dart Close at around 11.15pm. They attended along with the ambulance service whose staff treated a 29-year-old local man at the scene. Sadly, he died in the early hours of this morning (25/11). Earlier today, officers arrested a 24-year-old man from Finchampstead on suspicion of murder in connection with this incident. He currently remains in custody. There will be a heightened police presence in the area as the investigation continues.
