A man has been charged with attempted murder after a stabbing incident that occurred outside a pub in Kirkby in Ashfield. Tyrone James, aged 40 and a resident of Skegby Road in Kirkby in Ashfield, faces multiple charges including attempted murder, possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, and assault by beating.

James appeared before Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, October 24, and has been remanded into custody. His next court appearance is scheduled for November 21.
