Officers are appealing for information following criminal damage to twenty cars

Officers are appealing for information following criminal damage to cars in Wye, near Ashford. Kent Police was called at 1.30am on Wednesday 19 August 2020 following a report that two men had damaged a number of cars in Bridge Street. Officers carried out a search of the area and enquiries are continuing to locate the suspects. One suspect is described as white, around 5ft 9ins, in his mid-20s, with dark hair and was wearing a black and blue striped sleeveless top and dark jeans. The second man is described as white, in his mid-20s, with dark hair, of stocky build and was wearing a light shirt and dark jeans. The two men are said to have left the village in a BMW, heading towards the A28. Anyone with any information or with CCTV or dashcam footage of the incident or suspects is asked to call Kent Police on 01843 222289, quoting reference 46/146398/20.
