person has been struck by a train at Dalston Kingsland Station on Kinglsand High Street, Hackney, earlier this evening, prompting an emergency response and significant disruption on the London Overground service.
Incident Details
The incident occurred on Platform One at approximately 5:49pm today (28 December 2024). Emergency services, including paramedics and British Transport Police (BTP), were dispatched to the scene following reports of a person being struck by a train.
A spokesperson for Transport for London said:
“We are working closely with emergency services to resolve the situation as quickly and safely as possible. We extend our thoughts to everyone affected by this incident.”
