Person Struck by Train at Romford Railway Station

 

Emergency services are currently at the scene of a serious incident at Romford Railway Station after a person was struck by a train.
A spokesperson for British Transport Police confirmed:

“Officers were called to Romford Railway Station following reports of a casualty on the tracks. Emergency services remain on scene and the lines have been closed in both directions. The incident is being investigated.”

National Rail has advised that services through Romford may be subject to delays, cancellations, or diversions while the incident is managed.

Public Asked to Avoid the Area

Commuters and members of the public are urged to avoid Romford station while emergency services continue their work. Updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.
