Officers from Kent Police have closed a major road in Kent that links Dover to Deal after a motorbike rider on a high-performance motorbike was involved in a life-changing collision with a recycling lorry.
Kent Police was called to report of a two-vehicle collision on the A258 near the junction with Pond Lane, St Margaret’s at Cliffe at 7.12am on Wednesday 2 February 2022.
Officers remain at the scene and the A258 is currently closed between Station Road and Dover Road, St Margaret’s at Cliffe.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area and seek alternative routes where possible.
