Detectives investigating a report of a sexual assault are today releasing this image in connection.
At around 11.52pm on 20 July, the victim was on board a train heading towards Manchester Victoria when a man boarded the train at Farnworth station and sat opposite her. He began asking her to marry him and putting his feet on her before a bystander intervened.
Officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have information that could help their investigation.
