Kent Police have provided an update after responding to a reported disturbance involving a group of individuals on Stanley Road, Swanscombe. The incident occurred on Friday, November 1, at approximately 4:59 p.m.
Officers arrived promptly and engaged with those at the scene. Preliminary reports indicated that damage had been caused to a property and a man was assaulted by individuals known to him. The disturbance led to a temporary road closure while police conducted initial investigations.
The road was reopened later that evening, but authorities have confirmed that the investigation remains ongoing. Police are urging anyone with information that may aid in their enquiries, including CCTV or dashcam footage from the area, to come forward.
