A notorious flasher, Bobby Garande, 30, of Linnet Close in Thamesmead, has resurfaced in south London, adding another indecent exposure incident to his extensive criminal record, this time in Lewisham.
Garande, described by police as a “disturbing individual,” has amassed a staggering 10 convictions for indecent exposure across south London, with most incidents occurring on buses and trains. His repeated offences have resulted in several prison sentences and a court order specifically prohibiting him from sexually touching himself, exposing his genitals, or making persistent eye contact with women while on public transport.
