A grieving family has paid heartbreaking tribute to 20-year-old Billy, who tragically died after being struck by a train on Sunday, March 24.
Billy, described by his sister as “so lovely, caring and with the biggest smile,” was pronounced dead at the scene following the incident. His devastated family is now raising funds to give him the “best send-off” possible, saying he “didn’t deserve to be taken” so young.
In an emotional tribute shared publicly, Billy’s sister wrote:
