Kyle Moore, a 21-year-old man from Eastham, Wirral, has been sentenced to three years in prison for sexual offences. The sentencing took place at Liverpool Crown Court on Friday.
Moore was found guilty in June on two counts of sexual activity with a child aged 13-15. The offences occurred in 2023. In addition to the prison sentence, Moore has been issued a seven-year Restraining Order, preventing him from contacting the victim.
Detective Sergeant Igglesden encouraged anyone who has been a victim of sexual offences or is concerned for someone’s safety to come forward.
