Woman rushed to Hospitial following lorry collision

An investigation is underway after a woman was injured following a collision in Camden. Police were called at approximately 07:30hrs on Thursday, 3 May to reports of a road traffic collision in Euston Road, at the junction of Midland Road, NW1. A lorry was in collision with a female pedestrian. London Ambulance Service attended and the woman, aged in her 70s, was taken to an east London hospital for treatment – her condition is not thought to be life threatening. The lorry stopped at the scene. Road closures remain place and motorists are advised to avoid the area. No arrests; enquiries continue.
