An accident at the Aldi car park in Sheerness has sparked heated discussions online, with local residents raising concerns about the layout and driving behaviours within the area. According to witness accounts, a driver reportedly sped into the car park, colliding head-on with another vehicle, resulting in a loud crash.

One resident, Lynn Ellison Ivory, commented, “The layout of their car park was an accident waiting to happen. Terribly planned without safe access for pedestrians and people entering and leaving the premises.” Others echoed her sentiment, with Mick Reddick noting, “People drive recklessly in there.”
The incident has led locals to call for improvements to the car park layout and clearer signage to promote safer driving behaviours. Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Aldi has yet to confirm whether the store will remain open while the investigation continues.
