Council Waste contractor finally remove fridge after giving it the cold shoulder

The Isle of Wight council has finally taken action over the abandoned fridge that Stag Lane motors collected. Passing on there thanks to Stag Lane Motors for collecting the abandoned hotplate from Whale Chine. After they have it the cold shoulder. Waste provider Amey has now collected it and the hotplate has been disposed of for free. Council trading standard is now investigating the incident of fly tipping and will take the appropriate action once they establish more details.
