The incident, which unfolded earlier tonight, has been highlighted on the Kent Police Roads Policing Twitter account, where officers shared their disbelief at the driver’s actions.

A spokesperson for the RPU said:
“This driver approached officers a couple of weeks ago, asking about his court date for driving without a license. This discussion was pointed out to him tonight when he was seen driving again and stopped.”
