Two people have died and a woman is in hospital with life-threatening injuries following a crash involving two cars on the A45 carriageway between Thrapston and Raunds.
Authorities are appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage of the incident or of either vehicle prior to the crash to come forward. They noted that the A45 would have been busy at the time of the collision, and any additional information could be crucial in their investigation.
The A45 is a single carriageway road that connects to the A14, making it a significant route for traffic in the area.
