Homophobic Abuse Reported After Brighton vs Chelsea Match

Officers are working closely with Brighton & Hove Albion and the Premier League to address unacceptable behaviour, including any incidents of homophobic abuse at football matches.

Dedicated Football Officer PC Gregg Marshall stated: “We are investigating the circumstances of this incident, and we encourage anyone impacted to report incidents to us. Tackling discrimination and abuse in football remains a priority, and we will take appropriate action against those responsible.”
