Major search operation off Folkstone after small boat takes on water A Search and rescue...
A Search and rescue helicopter from Lydd, a lifeboat crews and a coastguard search and rescue team have been involved in a rescue off Folkestone this evening (Saturday May 6th) .It is understood that a small boat is thought to have been taking on water. The RNLI lifeboat is understood to have helped with a short tow to the beach at The Stade. Not believed to be any injuries as a result of the incident.
