Met Office Weather Update
The Met Office are now predicting even heavier snowfall and blizzards across the South Coast through the night. Heavy snow affecting southwest England and parts of Wales will extend further east across Portsmouth and central England. The snow will be accompanied by very strong easterly winds leading to blizzards and considerable drifting. The ‘feel like’ temperature overnight will be -9°.
