The Shocking Churchyard Chaos
The nightmare began just before 1pm on Saturday, August 16th, inside St Wilfrid’s Church in Winkley Square. The suspect hurled racial abuse and tried to snatch valuables. But it didn’t stop there. Outside, in the church’s front courtyard near Chapel Street, the man shockingly exposed himself in public.

Officers admit the images and footage they’ve released aren’t crystal clear, but they’re desperate for help.
“We know these images aren’t of the highest quality, but if you recognise this man, witnessed this incident, or have any footage or information that could assist us with our enquiries, please come forward,” a police spokesperson urged.
