Reward offered for wanted stalker
Police trying to trace Malcolm David Howell, 53, from Hove, in connection with enquiries into stalking allegations are offering a £500 reward for information leading to his arrest. Also known as John Dory, with the nickname “Fish”, Howell is described as white, 5’8”, of stocky build and with mousy-coloured hair. He is known to frequent Portslade and Brighton city centre.
